What gets deleted

When we process your request, we remove your App login, session data, push notification token, and any self-registration data (name, phone, and the CNIC used to register). We process verified requests within 30 days.

What your clinic may keep

Your dental clinic is the controller of your medical records and may be legally required to retain treatment history. Deletion of clinical records is handled by your clinic — we assist them. If you also want those removed, contact your clinic, or note it below and we’ll pass the request on.

You can also delete your account inside the App at any time: Settings → Delete account.
